Terrifying before and after images of Mr. Dianov Ukrainian soldier who was captured by Russian forces. Ukrainian military soldier Mykhailo Dianov was a prisoner of war(POW). He survived Russian imprisonment. On September 23, 2022, the defense ministry released the images of Mykhailo Dianov before and after imprisonment, and in the caption, they wrote: "This is how Russia continues the shameful legacy of Nazism." The 2,000 soldiers, including Dianov, were defeated and taken prisoner in the middle of May while attempting to retake the Azovstal steel factory from Russia near Mariupol. Mr. Dianov is now hospitalized and needs long-term treatment due to horrifying torture in the Russian force's captivity.
